CUSTOM ORDER Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom, co-packed, private label products, or any products purchased via a third party. Please contact the vendor where you purchased the product from.
If you have any issues with a product or if there are errors in your order, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order. We will try our best to ensure you are satisfied.
Only pre-authorized returns are accepted. Returns without authorization codes are refused. We do not refund or credit shipping / processing / packing costs unless we made an error in fulfilling your order.
Due to food safety considerations, shelf life, nature and packaging requirements of our products, we do not authorize returns on any opened, compromised or partially used retail merchandize. However, we are keen on working with you to resolve problems if they arise.
You may request a return authorization for unused, unopened Tirro retail products that are clean, unaltered and intact, if they were sent to you in error or if defective, spoiled or expired. Defects and faults are assessed at our sole discretion, on a case by case basis.
In general, authorized returns process should conclude within 15 days of the purchase date.
CO-PACKING & PRIVATE LABEL Policy
Estimates and quotes on custom orders are valid for 14 calendar days. Please ask for updated pricing if an estimate was given is older than 14 days at the time of order.
Due to customized nature of elements, ingredients, materials and inventory considerations, custom orders are strictly non-refundable once placed.
Design, production and R&D for custom orders commence only once a minimum deposit of 30% is received.
Delivery dates for custom orders are estimates to the best of our ability and knowledge. We do not guarantee delivery dates due to various factors in the process for custom orders.
Any opinion and guidance provided to you during the process is our opinion only, and should not be considered advice, or legal advice.
Due to perishable nature of many ingredients such as roasted coffee, we usually process and deliver custom orders in batches. If you are supplying us with some ingredients, we may also request that you deliver the ingredients in batches, to optimize freshness of the final product.
Deliveries, labeling, extra packing, packaging, case and carton, palletizing, shipping and handling, and all other associated costs are usually not included in your order total.
