Return Policy
Only pre-authorized returns are accepted. Returns without authorization codes are refused. We do not refund or credit shipping / processing / packing costs unless we made an error in fulfilling your order.
Due to food safety considerations, perishable nature and packaging requirements of our products, we do not authorize returns on any opened, compromised or partially used retail merchandize. However, we are very willing to work with you to resolve problems with your order if they arise.
If you have any issues with a product or if there are errors in your order, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order. We will try our best to ensure you are satisfied.
You may request a return authorization for unused, unopened retail products that are clean, unaltered and intact, if they were sent to you in error. You may also request a return authorization for any defective / faulty items, specificaly, if spoiled or expired. Defects and faults are assessed at our sole discretion, on a case by case basis.
In general, authorized returns should conclude within 30 days of the purchase date.
