WHAT IS BODY OF COFFEE?

"Full-bodied coffee" refers to the physical sensation of weight or thickness that a coffee can have in the mouth. It's a coffee characteristic that is often used to describe the coffee's mouthfeel, and it refers to the amount of physical sensation or weight a coffee has in the mouth.

A coffee that is considered to have a full body will feel rich, heavy and substantial in the mouth and will coat the tongue, leaving a long-lasting flavor. This can be due to the coffee's origin, roast or blend. A coffee with a full body can be described as having a thick, syrupy or creamy texture.

It's worth noting that full-bodied coffee is not always a measure of the coffee's strength or quality. It's a personal preference and some people may prefer a lighter body coffee, which can be described as feeling smooth and delicate in the mouth. Additionally, the term full-bodied is also used to describe the coffee's aroma, where a full-bodied coffee has a strong aroma, with complex, rich and deep notes.
